MONTANA Department of Transportation Public Review Period Updated Storm Water Management Program The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) has updated its Storm Water Management Program and is asking for public feedback on the revised document to help further protect water quality. The current Storm Water Management Plan is available online at https://www.mdt.mt.gov/pubinvolve/stormwater/. MDT's Storm Water Management Program is intended to reduce the discharge of pollutants from transportation infrastructure into local surface waters. This program is intended to be refined throughout its implementation to further protect Montana's waterways. MDT welcomes the public to provide comments on the plan beginning Sunday, August 4, through Wednesday, September 4, 2024. Comments may be submitted online at http://www.mdt.mt.gov/contact/comment-form.aspx or by contacting Tom Gocksch at 406-444-9412 or mdtms4datamanager@mt.gov.
