Stand with the nurses at Kalispell Regional Healthcare The Registered Nurses at Kalispell Regional Healthcare are dedicated to ensuring that everyone in the Flathead Valoy has access to quality healthcare. KRH nurses are on the front lines of care and know what their patients need to be healthy and thrive. In recent years, the nurses have seen drastic changes at KRH, which prioritizo executive pay, kickbacks, profits and expansion above the needs of patients. In Fiscal Yoar 2018, the last year publicly available, KRMC and the HoalthCenter paid their top eight euecutive positions over $4 milion, with routine raises and generous benefits, but management at KRH has ignored the input of nurses and the result has been unfiled positions and high tumover, deeply impacting patients. We, the nurses at Kalispell Regional Healthcare, with the support of our neighbors in the Flathead Valley community, call on hospital executives to accept our proposed increases to staffing throughout KRH and our plan to give frontline nurses a volce in staffing decisions to ensure we are able to provide quality care to our community. Nurses know what it takes to safely take care of patients. SEIUHealthcare.
