At St. Peter we believe that we are saved from the penalty of our sins solely by the grace of God through faith in the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ on the cross, which is revealed to us in the Word of God, the Bible.
We are a congregation of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. This means that we "walk together" with other Missouri Synod congregations who hold to a shared confession of Jesus Christ as taught in Holy Scripture and the Lutheran Confessions, the correct interpretation and presentation of scriptural teachings. Holy Communion is celebrated every on the first and third Sundays at St. Peter. This is a very sacred and holy meal for us.
