Andrew is an accomplished New Business Development Executive, recognized for building and maintaining channel partnerships, forming strategic business relationships, increasing market share, and driving substantial revenue gains over the course of his career. He has more than 20 years of experience within the HR and Talent Acquisition space, capturing and managing a diverse base of national accounts including Hilton Worldwide, United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Apple, Hines Construction, J.B. Hunt, Yellow Freight, Newell Brands, and Jo-Ann Stores.
Andrew began as an entrepreneur at Van Ella, Inc., delivering corporate intelligence, information services, and access to expert employment screening services pioneering the talent space. He was an integral part of cross-marketing initiatives and ran the corporate sales team globally, focusing on post-acquisition client transition and retention. Van Ella, Inc. was acquired in 2007 by Allied Barton and is presently owned by Sterling.
In 2014 Andrew joined Groupon's National Sales Team. As Senior Sales Executive, National Brands he played a major role in establishing and building a new business segment and grew annual sales by more than 1,000%. He was able to acquire major brands to the Groupon platform, including Papa John's, Cheesecake Factory, Landry's Restaurant Group, Focus Brands, Auntie Anne's, Darden, and YUM! Brands.
Andrew has worked in Enterprise Sales roles at LinkedIn, Checkr, and Modern Hire.
Andrew participates within his community, serving as Brand Ambassador for Kieve-Wavus Education since 2018 and served as Hockey Coach at St. Ignatius College Preparatory School for several years.
Andrew currently volunteers as a bantam hockey coach in Whitefish, Montana for the local program Glacier Hockey. Glacier Hockey Association (GHA) is a non-profit, youth hockey program dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and rewarding learning environment to enhance the growth and development of young athletes through high-quality hockey programs.
