The 2019 REALTOR Celebration was held by Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS (NMAR) this past Wednesday at FVCC. The event was attended by almost 200 REALTORS and guests who came together to recognize remarkable members of the real estate industry. The highlight of the evening was announcing the award winners of the REALTOR of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and the Jean Carter Spirit Award. This prestigious award takes into account REALTOR spirit, business accomplishments, association activity and community involvement Sarah Stahlberg of RE/MAX Home Again Realty is the 2019 Rookie of the Year. Rookie of the Year is awarded to a new REALTOR who has been licensed within two years, has high levels of production, and is involved in the Association and community. REALTON IR OF TH Rick Doran, former broker/owner of Montana Brokers, Inc., was selected as the recipient of the Jean Carter Spirit Award posthumously. The presentation of this award was bittersweet, as we lost this important member just weeks ago. Rick exemplified the REALTOR spirit and had a reputation for doing business by the golden rule.
