Code Ann.§ 18-11-103(4)(a) Public Meeting The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) will discuss a proposed gasoline tax agreement extension with the Confederated Salish Kootenai Tribes. The informational meeting will be held at the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal Headquarters, 42487 Complex Blvd., Pablo, MT, at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 2, 2022. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the public of the proposed agreement and to receive verbal and written comments concerning the proposed agreement. Public comments and concerns are an important part of the process and will be considered prior to the parties entering into a gasoline tax agreement extension.
