The mission of Northwest Montana Community Land Trust, Inc. (NW- MTCLT) is to provide permanently affordable homeownership opportu- nities for low- and moderate-income lenders, realtors, title insurance, home insurance, and home inspectors. This workshop will focus on the steps to take to get ready for homeownership including cleaning up credit, setting goals, and ac- cessing down payment assistance programs to help with financing your first home. Kaye also offers One on One Financial Coaching, One on One Credit Counseling, and Financial Skill Building Workshops fam families in the Flathead Valley. NWMTCLT currently has 52 homes in its portfolio that are owner occu- pied. Since 2009, NWMTCLT has purchased homes that were vacant or foreclosed and fixed them up to as new as possible.
