Celebrating the 17th year of - A Ray of Hope's "Ihe "Greatest Gin Annual Adopt a Family At A Ray of Hope, we have seen the love and compassion people have for their less fortunate neighbors in the community. Wwe know that there are many wonderful 501 3 organizations that your hard earned funds and time could go towards. Your year-end giving has kept our budget going so we are assured to continue to keep the doors open to those who seek a hand up in 2021. Each year we grow in our ability to give warm meals, a listening ear, boxes of food, clothing and furniture. We are able to assist individuals with budgeting and debt counseling, spiritual guidance, and support in sobriety. We further help facilitate individuals to regain custody of their children, to become enmployable and to reintegrate into the community. We provide shelter for moms with children, individuals struggling to remain sober and to be held accountable, to those needing a place to transition from prison, jail, pre-release, treatment or a place to reunite moms with their children. It is this community's financial support and donations that allows A Ray of Hope to keep the message of love and hope going all year long. We are fortunate to witness first-hand the smiles, tears and gratitude from everyone receiving your support. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to serve year after year. All gifts and donations are Federal and State tax deductible. When you Adopt a Family: You will be able to pick the size of the family or even more than one family. You will get the children's clothing sizes and a list of items children hope will be under their Christmas tree. We also ask you to provide families with the food to prepare their Christmas dinner. You will be offered the opportunity to go above and beyond just gifts for children and help any families with additional struggles they may be facing. We ask that all provisions for the families are dropped off with us by December 16th for us to distribute to adopted families. If you are unable to adopt a family, we welcome cash donations and we will shop for you. Thank you for making the mean- ing of Christmas come alive in the hearts of families in need of a hand up in Christmas love.
