Cecil Waatti is a realtor at LandStar who specializes in commercial leasing, development, and investment property sales. He also works with commercial real estate clients as a general manager for tenant improving and development projects. In 2012, as a business management student at Flathead Valley Community College, Cecil began working at Grubb & Ellis, a commercial real estate company, as an office manager. He transitioned to commercial and residential sales when he joined the LandStar team in 2014. Since then, he has worked with many commercial clients and realtors. He obtained his brokers license from Twilite Business Center in Great Falls in 2015, and has since closed over 30 transactions with a volume valued at $4 million.
