Whether it was attending Helena public schools or wandering our public lands. Montana has given me more than I could ever give back. As your Governor, I have worked to protect that Montana for today and for future generations. And I'm so pleased with the work we did by bringing Democrats and Republicans together to find common ground. We expanded access to affordable health care. We kept our public lands in public hands. We've honored the promises we have made to our Seniors. And we have protected our Montana way of life. But while we have been working together to secure that future, Sen. Daines has proven that he cannot be trusted to do what's right for Montana. He has spent this entire campaign distorting the facts about his own record and lying about mine - because he is more interested in saving his own job than protecting yours. So, when he says that he cares about our economy, remember that he spent 6 years building manufacturing factories in China and then went to Washington to protect tax breaks for companies that ship our jobs overseas. When he says that he will look out for our seniors, remember that he voted to give trillions in tax cuts to big corporations while risking Social Security and Medicare. And when he says that he will protect your health care, remember that he has tried time and time again - even during this pandemic - to strip away coverage from those with pre-existing conditions. Let me tell you a very simple truth: I'll always do what's right for Montana. That's what I've done. And that'll never change.
