Creston Fire's fall fundraiser, the 16th annual Soup for Supper will be Tuesday, October 17th.
Friends of Creston Fire, the support group for the fire department, is gearing up for the annual Soup for Supper on Tuesday, October 17th at Lake Blaine Fire Station. Drive thru and takeaway only again this year. Choose from 10 different soups/chowders, roll or breadstick, and dessert (brownie, cookie, or cupcake). If your business, group, or organization would be interested in becoming a Soup Sponsor, please write your $100 check to Creston Fire (put S4S in the memo area) and mail to 4498 MT Highway 35 before Friday, October 13th. The names of the sponsors are displayed at the event, so being a sponsor is a great way to let the community know about your support for Creston Fire. If you need more info, please call 406-250-9457. After off-setting costs, all proceeds go directly into the building fund for Replacement Station 251 on Highway 35. All donations are tax deductible, and your check is your receipt. SOUP CHOICES THIS YEAR: Baked Potato Chowder w/Bacon; Beef Veg. w/Barley; Broccoli w/Cheese; Chicken Noodle; Chicken Poblano; Italian Sausage; Lobster Bisque; NE Clam Chowder; Taco Soup; and Tomato Basil. If you have an order of 6 or more soups, please call 406-250-7396 with your order and a pick-up time will be arranged.
