About
The world-famous Blue Moon opened during the construction of the Hungry Horse Dam in the 1940s. It has gone through many changes, first being a bar, then a bar and grill, and now a bar, casino, and grill. In its many years of operation, it has kept its name "Blue Moon". Richard and Charlotte Sapa bought the Blue Moon in 1972 and have maintained its famous reputation for 45+ years.
