Public service is an important part of this job, helping the community and workforce to efficiently and effectively navigate these offices. I want to work collaboratively with the people who use these offices daily to make all our lives more efficient. I have the willingness to help, the experience to get things done, and the ability to engage in open communication for our changing world.
I will leverage existing resources to create a more efficient workflow process that syncs with modern data management strategies. The taxpayer should receive paperwork or see it processed in a transparent and timely manner.
There are MCAs that govern records, but the way the records are maintained can be modernized. The world is moving forward with technology and at a fast pace. We need to keep up with those modern technologies to integrate our records and ensure that Flathead County isn’t left behind by patching it all together.
