Hidden Meadow Memory Care is a locally owned and operated memory care home in Columbia Falls, MT. Specializing in care for those with Alzheimer’s and other related dementia’s. Our brand new facility offers a loving homelike environment, with state of the art care.
Hidden Meadow Country Home is now open to offer an alternative memory care choice. We are presently completing the beautiful remodel that will accommodate 8 residents that have beginning stages of memory loss. Our home has private rooms, low ratio of residents to caregivers, 24-hour Licensed Nurse availability, and a secured environment.
Whether it’s Dementia or Alzheimer’s, our staff is able to help determine a positive course of action on a case by case basis.
Our staff here at Hidden Meadow knows that when someone is suffering with the progressive stages of memory loss, they will need continued support and assistance. We also understand that each case is uniquely different and deserves the utmost attention and care. We offer the care and attention needed to help with this process in each unique case.
